Passionate about beauty and renowned for exquisite craftsmanship in western clothing design, Julie Ewing, of Bastrop, Texas creates the unexpected while maintaining an air of classic elegance, rare beauty and undeniable uniqueness.  With the blending of sumptuous leathers, exquisite lace, rhinestones and crystals, and handpicked beads and stones, each piece takes on the trademark look she is known for.
 
In her more than twenty years in Western design, Julie has seen five Miss Rodeo America's crowned while wearing her creations, with numerous local and state rodeo queen title and appearance winners.  Her work has been featured in juried shows, museums and in books and magazines.   Each design reflects the love, passion and humor this artist puts into each of her creations.


 

  


Her work has also been featured in juried shows, museums and in books and magazines. An avid lover of nature, Julie sees in it endless inspiration for design. Her style is also influenced by vintage fashion designers and Paris haute couture, with their flamboyant and very detailed sense of
design and their emphasis on glamour, elegance and grace.
